Completed assemblies go through a fully computerised eTESTING procedure to confirm a completed manufacturing process, with all test files stored to a central server for data reporting.

Defence Harness testing capabilities includes internationally approved MK Test Systems. With automatic recording of test results ranging from Automatic Harness Testing, Automatic Connector Testing as well as Equipped Assembly and Function Testing for Continuity.

Final inspection checkpoints before products are packaged and dispatched ensure our product conforms to client requirements.

Our in-house training is customised to suit our manufacturing cells and are based on the IPC/WHMA-A-620C Standards.
